Flow Slow is a Vinyasa style yoga, its light and creative, taken at a slower and gentler pace. We shall hold the postures for longer and transition between poses a bit slower.

Mellow Flow Yoga shall build strength, stamina, balance and flexibility. It aids in calming the mind and body down by inviting us to synchronise breath with movement. It also removes tension and obstacles in the body allowing the prana (energy’s) to flow.

Creating inner peace and space for the everyday individual wanting more.

Practiced in a welcome and safe environment.
